Syllabus

First Aid Kits
How to manage an incident, including recording
Hygiene, Care and Communication
Treating an unconscious casualty
Resuscitation and CPR
Chest Pain
Choking
Seizures
Bleeding and Shock
Minor Injuries
Open Forum

The course duration is 6hrs and a certificate lasting three years will be awarded on successful completion of the course

Annual Refresher Training

Due to the wealth of evidence on the severity of 'first aid skill fade', the HSE now recommend that all First Aiders atend annual refresher training. Please contact us for course dates and venues (or we will come to you).
